Group Activity Weekends and Holidays

If you are responsible for taking groups away (be it with work, youth groups, parties of friends or other) we are able to tailor trips to meet your exact requirements. We use our considerable experience of organising group events, holidays and weekends to make sure that your group of any size all enjoy their time with us, and that you acheive all of your objectives.

Our base in the heart of the Aravis Mountains of the French Alps provides an ideal location for a wide range of activity and outdoor focused trips. There is a very large range of exciting activities available in the region.

For larger groups we are able to customise and tailor build your trip for you. Given our past experience, we know that your group will benefit from a well planned and workable trip at superb value.

Our Aravis Lodge can accommodate up to 36 people, and with our adjacent Chalet Aravis providing another 10 beds we are well suited for whole family groups, small to medium sized companies and sports clubs. With additional local hotels and chalets, larger groups can be entertained in true Alpine chalet style.

We will be happy to discuss your requirements with you and are confident we will find solutions, prepare packages and then be able to take this through to a succesful implementation and event delivery. Corporate Events/Team Build
We regularly provide active team build and corporate weekends and midweek trips in both the UK and France. Group sizes range from 8 up to 100 and we have a number of regular clients returning year after year.

Tour Operators/Travel Agents
We are able to provide a full accommodation and in-resort service to your groups and the Aravis Lodge can be branded for your organisation. We work with youth activity operators and cycling tour companies to provide local expertise to their operations. Please email us to see how we can help.

Social & Sporting Events
Each year we take over 400 people to sporting events such as Royal Ascot, Henley Royal Regatta, Cartier Polo, The Epsom Derby - and provide fully inclusive day trips for groups or individuals.

Group Skiing and Snowboarding
During the winter months of late-December through to April we are offering our Ski and Snowboard Holidays and Short Breaks - and again provide a fully flexible service for large skiing groups.
